The staffs are nice. Specially the receptionist staff I forget his name a short guy. He is wonderful. Attends to any query actively. He deserves a special appreciation. The bell boys too are nice. I feel as if I am in my family. Thank you Saffron Boutique staffs.

All staff are friendly and giving excellent service. Specially bell boy Iqbal is the best and housekeeping Irfan& Bijay is super. from front office Neha and Shaul is best too.. I'm and happy to stay with this hotel. Five start service. Want to thank all of them.

The young lady receptionist [ Neha or some name similar] was very,very helpful. I had a small complaint about my original booked room and she immediately changed my room to a suite! Now that's called great service 👏

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and polite. Always smiling and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay at the Saffron Botique and will certainly book them again for our next visit to dubai. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dubai on a budget.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is near an atm, supermarket, money exchanger and different restaurants. The staff are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The room is spacious and clean. There is also a restaurant in the hotel which has delicious dishes at reasonable prices.

We cancelled the reservation at the time as we were told by a friend who stayed here that this hotel is not good. It's near the construction itself and that you were not able to sleep at all because of the noise coming from it and the unprofessionalism the staff showed especially in reception. So better not stay and waste money in this ridiculous hotel!

Professional reception staff. Helpfull bellman. Moreover the duty manager help to checkin early. He give us a free upgrade highly recommended sorry I forgot the name of the staff

The rooms were clean, very comfortable,and good size, and the staff was amazing. especially Mr Ali and Mr Iqbal. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
